Refund and Exchange Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production (subject to availability). Exchanges must be issued at least 24 hours prior to the original performance.

General Policies
The Box Office is open Monday-Friday, 10 AM to 5 PM. On a performance day, the Box Office will open one hour before curtain and close ten minutes after the start of the show. Curtain times are 7:30 PM for evening performances and 2 PM for matinee performances unless otherwise noted.
All audience members, regardless of age, must have a ticket.
Tickets are only valid until the curtain time printed on the front of the ticket. Empty seats at that time may be resold, and no refund will be issued for late arrivals. Late seating is at the discretion of the house manager. Please call the Box Office if you know that you will be delayed.
